About Us

Equip is a face to face discipleship program designed to give Christians a solid foundation in the Word of God.

The program is interactive, with our Outreach Posts being more informal in nature with a relaxed group dynamic, but with our Learning Centres offering a more demo speech ideas intensive study programme. It should be noted that completion of our Learning Centre program is compulsory to be considered a graduate of Equip.

The modules will be looking at bringing people to the revelation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and its application to living a victorious everyday life and ministry. It should be noted that in developing the program much has been inspired and derived from the teachings and study guides of Andrew Wommack with the assistance of spiritually mature men and women of God.

The program should bring all students who engage and commit to it to the revelation of who they are, what they have, how to exercise their God given authority, and how to appropriate their inheritance.

After several years of sitting under the ministry and guidance of seasoned men of God, Seth Copeland found his call and mission. He set out on a journey to Equip the body of Christ through a structured Christian centre dedicated to teaching the unadulterated word of God with precision and excellence.

Seth Copeland’s testimony:how to make essay look longer

“After being born again in 2008 my life was totally transformed from a religious mindset to one that was totally committed to finding out about the God who by Mercy and Grace saved me from committing suicide and going to prison.

Growing up in religious/Christian home I always thought in my mind that I was a Christian simply because I went to church. However, my heart told me otherwise.

In 2007, after graduating from the London Metropolitan University, I believed I had achieved my life long dream. I had my degree and acquired a job at a reputable company in London, so during this time I thought life was very good. But with no core foundation, I soon joined the wrong crowd and spiralled quickly into the darkest time in my life. I even started to experience suicidal ideation.

Eventually I descended into a life of crime and was arrested. If found guilty I faced the possibility of a 7-year prison sentence. I felt totally empty and was in the grip of deep depression and anxiety (leading to the start of psychotic symptoms including hearing voices).

It was at this point that I was introduced to Jesus. I had grown up knowing the Name, but realised I never had a relationship with Him. I received Him into my heart by confessing Him as my Lord and saviour and Believing in my heart that He died and rose from the dead, and that He is the son of God (Romans 10:9-10). After the salvation prayer I said to Jesus, ‘Lord, if you deliver me from this lifestyle and emotional struggles, then for the rest of my life I will serve you’. This was not a perfect prayer, but Jesus met me at the level I was at and I believe he responded to the sincerity of my heart because the reality was that my heart was committed to him whether I avoided prison or not. I was not committing myself to God on the sole condition that he remove me unscathed from my previous life, because I knew that in the natural there would be consequences.

However, Jesus delivered me from the emotional turmoil and hearing those voices in my head, and also delivered me from going to prison. I knew I had no right to demand a second chance, and the case against me was seemingly strong, it seemed I was a condemned man in the natural. But Jesus miraculously delivered me in such a way that the evidence against me no longer made sense, even to the amazement of my own barrister (who had previously tried to convince me to plead guilty). I told my barrister to do his best and leave the rest to Jesus. I was found not guilty.

This was pure Mercy and Grace, yes you might say I should have gone to prison, and I would not disagree, but God out of His Mercy and Grace delivered me and gave me a second chance at life with Him. I can confidently say this life I now lead is not mine but is a gift given to me to serve and proclaim the name of the Lord and make Him known in a deeper way to those who are yet to experience the true nature of His Love, Mercy and Grace.”

We are a Christ-centred Ministry that is dedicated to loving God with all our heart, mind and soul and to loving our neighbour as ourselves.

We are dedicated to living a Christ-centred life of service to God and our fellow men.

We are discipleship oriented and have the discipleship of believers as our primary goal.

We believe there is one God, who has revealed Himself as our Father, in His Son Jesus Christ, and as the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh. He is both God and man. [Deuteronomy 6:4, Ephesians 4:4-6, Colossians 2:9, 1 Timothy 3:16]

The Bible is the infallible Word of God and the authority for salvation and Christian living. [2 Timothy 3:15-17]

We believe that God Created Adam and Eve in His image, but they sinned when tempted by Satan.  Everyone has sinned and needs salvation.  Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Only through God’s saving grace and work in Jesus Christ can we be rescued, reconciled and renewed. [Romans 3:23-25; 6:23; Ephesians2:8-9]

The saving gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again. We obey the gospel [2 Thessalonians 1:8; 1 Peter 4:17] by repentance (death to sin), water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ (burial) and receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit (resurrection). [1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 2:4, 37-39; Romans 6:3-4]

The baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the initial physical evidence of speaking in tongues [Acts 2:4] is for all believers who ask for it.  We believe in the operation and manifestation of all the gifts of the Holy Spirit as made available to the body of Christ today for service, edification and comfort.  That it is the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life.

As Christians we are to love God and others. We should live a holy life inwardly and outwardly, and worship God joyfully. The supernatural gifts of the Spirit, including healing, are for the Ministry today.  [Mark 12:28-31; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 12:14; 1 Corinthians 12:8-10]

Jesus Christ is coming again for His church.  The righteous will inherit eternal life and the unrighteous eternal death.  [1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:11-15]
